Booking Requirements:
We kindly ask for a minimum of 25 guests to book a private perfume session.

Here’s How the Booking Process Works:

1. Submit Your Inquiry:
   Fill out the booking form below with your preferred date, time, location, and number of guests. Include any special themes or requests—we love a good detail!

2. Receive Confirmation & Custom Quote:
   Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive an email confirming availability, along with a custom quote based on your group size and event details.

3. Secure Your Date with a Deposit:
   A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date. This goes toward your final balance.

4. Planning & Personalization:
   Once your date is secured, our team will reach out to begin crafting your experience—from scent bar setup to guest favors and more. You’ll receive a short form to personalize your fragrance options.

5. Final Headcount & Balance Due:
   Final guest count and payment are due 10 days prior to your event. We’ll send a friendly reminder so everything flows smoothly.

6. It’s Time to Smell Fabulous:
   On the day of your event, we’ll arrive early to set up your custom scent experience. Guests will blend their own signature perfume, enjoy guided scent discovery, and leave with a beautifully bottled creation.
